‘NOMOPHOBIA’ Mobile users may become its victim.

Now a day everyone is using the mobile phone more than required. Today human beings have progressed in all the fields whether it is social or science. This system whether simplifies the human life but we can see this progress is somehow troubling also. We are talking about mobile disorder called Nomophobia is a proposed name for the phobia (intense, irrational fear) of being out of mobile phone contact, lots of people are suffering because of it but people are still unaware of it.

The word “phobia” is misused and that in the majority of cases it is another form of anxiety disorder. Although Nomophobia does not appear in the current but, according to Bianchi and Philips (2005) psychological factors are involved in the overuse of a mobile phone. These could include low self-esteem, when individuals looking for reassurance use the mobile phone in inappropriate ways, and extroverted personality, when naturally social individuals use the mobile phone to excess. It is also highly possible that Nomophobic symptoms may be caused by other underlying and preexisting mental disorders, with likely candidates including social phobia or social anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and panic disorder.

The term, an abbreviation for “no-mobile-phone phobia”, was coined during a 2010 study by the UK Post Office who commissioned YouGov, a UK-based research organization to look at anxieties suffered by mobile phone users.

You might have seen people like to engage themselves on mobile phone more than spending time with their family. Sometimes we see there are four members in the family, all are sitting in the same room but all are busy on their mobiles rather than talking with each other. Rather than sharing feelings with their family, sitting with them, having food with them, spending time with them everyone give emphasis to their mobile phone, pin lock, pattern locks on it.  People keep on engaging their eyes on computers & mobile phones which affects adversely to the eyes also. This video is also trying to show such realities of our life which is going on our lives. In which it is told that if things are keep on going like this one day human will lose his important & precious relations & just bound him in these problems.
